Joe joined EEA in 2007 to focus primarily on originating, valuing, structuring, negotiating, financing and overseeing investments for Leaf Clean Energy Company. Joe has over two years of experience leading investments in clean energy companies and projects, with a focus on alternative fuels and biomass investments. Joe serves on the Boards of Directors of the following Leaf Clean Energy Company portfolio companies: Multitrade Rabun Gap and Multitrade Telogia, two biomass-to-energy companies.
Prior to joining EEA, Joe worked as an investment banker and provided strategic financial advisory services to companies in the healthcare services industry. As an investment banker, Joe worked closely with clients to identify strategies for maximizing shareholder value. Joe has significant transaction experience in mergers and acquisitions and public and private debt and equity securities offerings. Joe received a BA in Economics from Lafayette College and a Masters in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
